The law firm Šafar & Partners began its journey 30 years ago when Vesna Šafar left her position as a judge and decided to pursue a career as an independent attorney. As a judge at the Ljubljana Labour Court, she had an opportunity to gain a wealth of experience in labour law, which she has successfully built upon and passed on to her colleagues. As her visibility and reputation grew, so did the number of staff in the firm. Currently, the law firm is managed by Martin Šafar, an attorney with over fifteen years of experience, primarily in labour law. The other two partners, who have been with the firm for more than fifteen years, also specialise in this field.
